To make a call to Singapore from a Chinese mobile phone, you can follow these steps in English:
1、Open your phone’s dialer app.
2、Input the country code for Singapore, which is "65".
3、Follow it with the local phone number you are trying to reach.
For example, if you want to call a number in Singapore that is 1234567890, you would dial "+651234567890". The "+" sign is used to indicate that you are making an international call.
Please note that you need to ensure that your mobile plan allows international calls and that you have sufficient credit for the call. Also, check for any applicable roaming charges or use a local SIM card with data to avoid extra fees.
